Q: Which shipping companies does Sir Francis deal with?

At Sir Francis, we work with several shipping companies such as Tamex, Makhdoom, Aramex, Saee, and SMSA.


Q: Is international shipping available?

We offer international shipping to our customers in the Gulf for a fee of 45 riyals.

The customer must pay customs duties of 5% of the total invoice.


Q: Can I return a product?

Yes, we at Sir Francis believe that tastes are different.

So you can try the perfume and if you don't like it, you can return it easily by submitting a perfume return request.

  • Offers consisting of more than one fragrance are not eligible for partial refunds.
  • You can only submit a return request once per order. You cannot submit another return request for the same order number after that.
  • Cash on Delivery is a paid service that requires the customer to receive the order and pay on time. When the product arrives and there is a desire to return it, the fee is deducted for the customer's benefit.


  • The return fee is 19 riyals.


  • Orders outside Saudi Arabia:

Orders outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are non-returnable. If you do not receive your order, whether due to non-response, non-payment of customs fees, or any other reason, the customs and shipping fees will be deducted from the return amount.


How long is the period allowed for product return?

The allowed period is 7 days from the date of receiving the order.


Q: In the return process, how can I get a refund?

The amount will be refunded after the product arrives to us and its condition is confirmed, and then the amount is transferred to your account. This process takes a maximum of 21 days.
